About me....

My brain takes some managing!  Does yours?  And don't get me started on the feelings that follow as a result of some of the thoughts I have.

Personal or professional, adult or child, whatever your age or level of responsibility - our thoughts can work for us or against us.

In 2019, I'd achieved everything I'd dreamed of - personal and professional success and amidst extreme circumstances but the thought patterns, habits and strategies I'd developed to do this were totally unsustainable.  I ground to a halt.  Hit the deck....with no new strategies to tap into.

Then - a life-changing season.  3 different coaches stepped in to help.  Professor Steve Peters, Nancy Kline and Tony Robbins.  They taught, I learned.

And what I learned has totally and utterly changed my life.

Not only did I learn how to manage my thoughts and break out of unhelpful and destructive patterns, but I have also designed and created the life I lead now.

It is my mission to help others do the same.

These are the people I have helped so far.  Every single one of them gave their testimony in the hope that others would be encouraged to seek help too.

Put simply.....

Our thoughts directly influence our feelings and emotions.

Our feelings and emotions affect every choice and decision we make.

The choices and decisions we make determine the life we experience.

Change your thoughts, change your life......I did!

'I had been struggling to find clarity on some key issues, but Sue's supportive, non-judgemental and positive approach made it incredibly easy to open up to her.  I found her generosity of spirit and kindness created a safe space for genuine reflection.   I walked away with the mental clarity I had been searching for and couldn't believe how much my thinking shifted in such a short space of time.  The impact of the session lasted long after it ended.'
